I’m Deborah Lambert, founder of Inner Grit Therapy. I created IGT because true healing isn’t about becoming someone else; it’s about rediscovering the parts of you that already know how to survive, grow, and thrive. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. If you’ve previously felt therapy wasn’t right for you, perhaps you simply haven’t found the right therapist yet.
My approach begins by ensuring we’re the right fit—I won’t waste your time. Whether you’re coping with trauma, battling exhaustion, exploring your identity, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you slow down, catch your breath, and gain clarity. I believe you have the answers within you. My role is NOT to give you answers—it’s to ask the right questions, empowering you to find your own solutions and reclaim your inner grit.
